The Digital Lenders Association of India (DLAI) has officially rebranded itself as the Unified FinTech Forum (UFF), signaling a broader commitment to representing India’s growing fintech sector. As part of the transformation, Manish Lunia (Co-founder of Finbox) and Upasana Taku (Co-founder of MobiKwik) have been elected to key leadership positions, solidifying the Forum’s strategic direction.
The rebranding aligns with UFF's push to strengthen its role as a self-regulatory organization (SRO) and advocate for industry-wide initiatives, including policy formulation, consumer protection, and financial inclusion. The Forum’s new mandate will focus on driving industry collaboration and ensuring the sustainable growth of India’s fintech ecosystem.
Both Lunia and Taku bring their deep expertise in lending and payments to the organization, positioning the Forum to play a central role in shaping the future of Indian fintech.
